We Buy Local
A few years ago, Brompton Heights took part in the Buy Local Challenge, a program of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership. Completion of the challenge requires a first-time purchase of a product or service from a vendor, within the eight counties of the Buffalo Niagara region. Meet Some of Our Team
Tom was promoted to Executive Chef in April 2012. He attended Niagara County Community College and Erie Community College for Culinary Arts and is a certified Food Manager. Before joining Brompton Heights, Tom worked at the Stillwater in Buffalo, NY where he created the menu which consisted of contemporary American cuisine. Tom has also worked at the Buffalo Launch Club and Daffodil’s restaurant. He enjoys preparing food from scratch and likes to display originality in his dishes. Last July, Tom participated in the Network and Aging’s Taste of the Network event and received an award for the “Healthiest Option”– a Stuffed Artichoke Blossoms entrée. Tom was recently recognized as an “Employee of the Month” at Brompton Heights
